International Orders 

To Order:
  Orders are subject to terms and conditions listed below. We suggest you print a copy for your records.

To order by phone, call us toll free at 1-904-825-1946.  Your order will be processed by our Gallery Division, The Secret Cove.  The operating hours are 10am to 6pm Eastern time, seven days per week.

To order on-line, by fax or mail, click on the Checkout link included in the navigation bar or shopping cart.  The shopping cart will provide forms you can use for fax or mail orders.

Currently we can only accept American Express cards for orders originating outside of the United States.  Orders paid with an American Express card must be shipped to the same address as the address shown on your American Express monthly statement.

We also accept US Dollar wire transfers.  If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please so indicate in the comments section of the Secure Order Form and we will provide wire transfer information.

   
   
Shipping Charges
   
  We ship overseas via Federal Express.  When we receive your order, we will provide a quote for shipping costs and request your approval before we process your order.

Shipping charges for International Orders are not refundable
   
Duties & Taxes
   
 
The customer is responsible for any duties, fees or taxes imposed by local or national authorities in the country of destination.

  You may return an item for a refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied. All we ask is that you advise us of your decision within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Due to the hand-crafted nature of art work, dimensions and colors may vary. Rest assured that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Just let us know within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
   
 
Prices Subject To Change Without Notice
 
   
  From time to time, due to price changes by suppliers, we may be required to adjust our prices accordingly. We reserve the right to do so without notice. If such a change affects your order, you will be notified before your order is processed.
 
Credit Card Charges
   
  Your credit card will be charged for your purchase when the order is received. Items in stock are normally shipped within 5 working days of the order. Some items are made to order and shipped directly from the artist. When your order is confirmed, you will be notified of the approximate shipping date.
   
Florida Sales Tax on Shipments to Florida
   
  Because we are a Florida domiciled business, we are required by the State of Florida to collect a 6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Florida address.
   
What To Do If An Item Is Damaged During Shipment
   
  Please contact our toll-free number, 1-800-821-1946, and advise us of the damage. We will arrange to have the package picked up and ship a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please re-pack the item in the original packing materials.
   
What To Do If You Wish To Return An Item
   
  Please re-pack the item in the original packing materials and call our toll free number, 1-800-821-1946, to advise us of your decision. Once we have received the returned item in good condition, we will issue a refund. For your protection, return shipments should be insured for the full value of the purchase. COD returns will not be accepted.

Charges for overseas, truck or air shipment are not refundable.
